Privacy policy

We respect the privacy of our customers and of the visitors to this website. Below we explain, briefly and plainly, what personal data we process, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why

The quote request form

When you send a request through the form, we receive: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), the type, brand and model of your equipment, the description of the problem and how you intend to send it to us. For rental requests, we also receive the gear you want and the rental period.

• Purpose: to contact you, send you a quote and, if you accept it, carry out the repair or the rental.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you call, message us or become a customer

We process your contact details, the equipment details, the address for return shipping and the content of the messages, in order to carry out the repair, return the equipment and issue the invoice. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Visiting the website

Like any website, the hosting server automatically logs technical data about access: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. We use it only to run and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To prevent abuse of the form, we temporarily keep an irreversible (hashed) form of the IP address for up to 24 hours. We also log blocked spam attempts, without any personal data (only the time and the reason), for 30 days.

We do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels or profiling.

3. Cookies and external services

Our website does not set cookies for visitors. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.

• Google map: the map in the Contact section loads only if you click „Show map”. Only then does your browser connect to Google, which may collect your IP address and set cookies according to Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp and email links: if you use them, you are redirected to those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
• The site's admin area uses a strictly necessary session cookie, only for authorised people who log in.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Strictly as needed, it may be received by:

• our website hosting provider and the email provider used to receive notifications about requests;
• courier companies, to collect or return your equipment (name, phone number, address), and, for shipments outside the European Union, customs authorities, to the extent required for the shipment;
• our accountant and public authorities, when required by law;
• parts suppliers or authorised service centres, only if needed for your repair.

5. How long we keep data

• Quote requests that do not become a repair: up to 12 months, then we delete them.
• Repair data: for as long as needed for the repair and any follow-up work.
• Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Romanian accounting law.
• Server logs: a limited period, after which they are deleted automatically.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, contact us: +40 765 367 219. We reply within one month.

If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored outside the public area of the server, and the admin area is password-protected with limited login attempts.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the way we work or the law changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
